Motel 6-Eau Claire, WI

You ALWAYS suspect that the "cheapest" hotel in any town is code for "the worst hotel in the worst location" in town, and this one is a very happy exception. Extremely convenient location, though not dead-center of everything, and remarkably modern, clean, "luxe" furnishings, furniture, and decor. Room was super-clean, nothing broken, leaky, worrisome, no strange odors or noises, and I slept like a baby in a Very Soft Bed. Great shower, great water pressure, great towels. Great bed linens and pillows. HIGHLY recommended. Lowest price in town, but I doubt very much the ones for four times as much offered much more than a better location.

The Motel was very nice and my room was very clean. The only problem I had was people outdoor (Outside the Motel) my room were very noisy. I went to bed at nine but couldn’t fall asleep until 11:00 because of the noise.

Everything was amazing at the Eau Claire facility! Now the facility in St. Paul, MN, I was very disappointed with. I paid $15 more for a room with a broken bed, no microwave, no refrigerator, no shampoo, no washcloths, and found out my window was wide open without a screen in it! Thank God I was on the 2nd floor! The Eau Claire establishment had comfort, friendly staff, clean rooms, everything I needed was there! I will definitely try to stay there again!

It was fun trying to find an exit on the one side of the building. We had fun looking for it!

Great place for the money. Clean and comfortable. I would stay again! And pets stay free which was amazing so I could have my dog with me.
